A specialist in "Zero to 1" execution, Amit excels at building investor-ready financial ecosystems, notably serving as CFO for Ferty9 during its partnership with the global PE fund Verlinvest. His expertise in high-stakes fundraising includes steering a $15 Million Series C round at SigTuple backed by marquee investors including Accel and Endiya Partners.
Combining a founder’s mindset with rigorous governance, Amit has scaled businesses ranging from agile startups to setting up Shared Services at Aircel. As a Chartered Accountant, he specializes in preparing companies for IPOs and PE divestments through M&A, debt/equity funding, strategic advisory for x to 10x growth.
